Rachel also details how the moon is related to the Triple Goddess and includes a guided meditation for you to follow, she does this also for the Moon Dieties chapter where she shares short insightful information on some of the goddesses one may choose to work with.if you're looking for spells using herbs, oils, candles, crystals, etc...some of that is here. but if you like using someone else's words to focus your intentions or like to use little mantras and affirmations, this is definitely your book. most of the "spells" are just things to say and don't go too much into prep, opening/closing, centering, etc. so again, if that's your thing, this is your book. The information about all the above is very conversation, easy to read, and simplistic in it’s description, making it accessible for all readers who are interested in learning more about the moon.
