Incredible Edibles is an invitation to look beyond the familiar fruit, vegetables and herbs, and try something deliciously different. Lives lived in connected communities, built out of the power of their own will, their own imagination and grown through the power of small actions. After finding myself out of work due to COVID, I started making window/ flower/ veg boxes for Incredible Edible. I am currently on a diet so was over the moon to find out they offer slimming world friendly food and the owner really knows about the diet so she was very helpful.

Since its emergence, the Incredible Edible idea has spread to hundreds of communities around the world. Being a keen allotment gardener I was really keen to get this, but when it arrived I was rather disappointed.The project aims to bring people together through actions around local food and community allotments, helping to change behaviour towards the environment and to build a kinder and more resilient world. uk along with those Incredible Edible groups who contributed, support from ESS – COMPASS-group, UK and Ireland, and the many Incredibles worldwide who share the same vision. for a meal, drink and dessert plus they have a great kids area with lots of toys, colouring in etc to keep the children entertained. The Incredible Edible model, developed in Todmorden, revolves around the metaphor of three “spinning plates.

Lovely food, but you come out smelling like you worked in a greasy spoon all week, just popping in for a sandwich, you need a can of air freshener on before going back to the office, even the cans of pop smell of grease. I've even picked up some of the seeds for things mentioned in here to start growing this year that i otherwise wouldn't have bothere with, but now that i have all the detailed information i need to grow them i'm a little more confident.They had an amazing range of food to choose from and the staff where amazing really helpful and friendly. We have a big enough garden, but most of the "edibles" are quite obscure to find and seem difficult to grow.
